Opponents of the fulfilment of the reparations obligations are using the failure of the loan project as a basis of an organised campaign in favor of resisting the Allies. Herr Stinnes’ organs are advocating that the Government should demand the evacuation of all the occupied areas, a revision of the Upper Silesia decision, and the abolition of the export dirty.
