SUPREME COURT.
NELSON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. At the Supreme Court Wm. Balfour Hay was found guilty of breaking and entering, theft and arson in connection with a. fire at Louisson’s, Ltd., after the premises had been burgled. Ernest Wairau Broad was found guilty of breaking and entering and theft, and acquitted on a charge of arson in the same cineumstaaices. Each prisoner was sentenced -to fifteen months’ hard labor.
