The New York Times announces that an American syndicate has purchased the world’s rights of the ex-Kaiser’s Memoirs of 80,000 words in German. There are 15 chapters, the headings being: “Bismarck,” “Caprivi,” “Hohenlohe,” “Bulow,” “Bethmann-Hollweg,” “My Assistants and Our Success with Regard to Public Administration,” “Science and Art,” “My World Relations,” “The War and My Abdication,” “At the Bar of a Neutral Tribunal,” “Revolution,” “Future of Germany.”—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
