WASHINGTON TREATIES.
PROCESS OF RATIFICATION. By Telegraph.—Press Ajkti. —Copyright. Washington, June 13. It is understood that the British Government will ratify the Washington Conference treaties with the exception of the naval treaty, by Privy Council order, without submission to Parliament. A Bill giving effect to the naval treaty provisions will probably be shortly introduced to Parliament, the Privy Council acting in the cases of other treaties thereafter.
