WASHINGTON TREATIES.

PROCESS OF RATIFICATION. By Telegraph.—Press Ajkti. —Copyright. Washington, June 13. A Bill giving effect to the naval treaty provisions will probably be shortly introduced to Parliament, the Privy Council acting in the cases of other treaties thereafter.
