FATAL COLLISION.

LEVEL CROSSING ACCIDENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Waimate, June 9. Harry Horler, who was injured in the collision between his motor and a train at Studholme on Wednesday, died in hospital last evening. He leaves a wife and a family of six. Waimate, Last Night. At an inquest on Henry Horler, who died at the Waimate Hospital as a result of an injury to the brain and trunk caused through a collision between a motor-car and an express train at Studholme Junction, a verdict in accordance with the medical evidence was returned. No blame was*attachable to the enginedriver or the fireman. The medical evidence showed that deceased had no signs of taking drink.
