CABINET RESIGNATION ACCEPTED. ’ By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Tokio, June fl. The Cabinet has resigned. The Prince Regent has summoned the Elder Statesmen to a consultation on the subject of a successor to M. Takahashi. The Minister of Education (M. Takahashi) and the Minister of Economics (M. Matoda) have been expelled from the Seiyukai party because they first refused to hand in their resignations. They are held responsible f6r the fall of the Cabinet.
