LOSSES BY DRAPERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association Christchurch, Last Night. Two large drapery firms report losses by the pillaging of a quantity of fashionable goods out of a shipment by the lonic. Tn each the goods consisted of model costumes and frocks, me manager of one of the firms expressed the opinion that pillaging must have been carried out under an organised system, as only the most expensive articles were taken.
