Victor will not now be ready to sail for the Wanganui roadstead in continuance of her Homeward loading till 2 p.m. CANADIAN CONSTRUCTOR TO-DAY. The Canadian Constructor left Wellington at 12.5 p.m. yestereday, and is due here at daybreak this morning. She will have to wait In the stream till the Port Victor clears port, probably this afternoon. The vessel has a New York cargo of case oil to discharge at New Plymouth. RARAWA TO-DAY.
