PREMIER IN THE SOUTH.
POLICY SPEECH TO-NIGHT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The Prime Minister had a particularly busy time this morning receiving deputations. In the afternoon he opened a new infants’ department at the North-East Valley school and in the evening he attended a Masonic function. He leaves for Invercargill tomorrow morning and proceeds to Otautau, where he unveils a soldiers’ memorial in the afternoon. In the evening he delivers a policy speech at Invercargill. Sir William Fraser, who opened a bee-keepers’ conference to-day, accompanied Mr. Massey to Invercargill. The Hon. W. Downie Stewart leaves for Christchurch to-morrow morning and the Hon. E. P. Lee proceeds to Oamaru.
