AGRICULTURAL BANKS.
PREMIER PROPOSES DISCUSSION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Speaking at the opening of the winter show to-day, the Prime Minister said that in some countries there were agricultural banks, and it was his intention to allow Parliament to freely discuss that question with a view of ascertaining if anything was likely to come out of such a scheme for th 6 benefit of the country.
