NEW SOUTH WALES INVITED. DAVIS CUP FUNDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At a meeting of the New Zealand Tennis Association to-night a resolution was passed expressing appreciation of the hospitality of New South Wales, and inviting a New South Wales team to visit New Zealand for the pecember championship meeting. The hope was expressed that a New Zealand men’s team would visit New South Wales next year. Mr. A. G. Henderson, manager of the ladies’ team which visited Australia, stated that New Zealand’s one-third share of the Australasian Davis Cun funds would be about £BOO.
