HOME RULE FOR SCOTLAND

BILL TALKED OUT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, May 26. The Scottish Home Rule Bill was read a second time in the House of Commons. It provides for a Parliament to sit in Edinburgh. Scottish members would still remain at Westminster, leaving the local Parliament to deal with purely local affairs.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. Received May 28, 5.5 p.m. London, May 26. The Scottish Home Rule Bill was talked out and was not read a second time.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
