FURTHER APPROACHES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, May 24. A further Russo-German rapprochement is foreshadowed in a telegram from Moscow, quoted By a Berlin correspondent. It announces the arrival of Krevinsky, recently Soviet representative in Berlin.
The correspondent adds that Krassin has been nominated as Ambassador to Berlin and the appointment will be announced as soon as the German Government ratifies the Rapallo Treaty. Krassin is stated to have declared that he no longer had faith in help from the Western Powers or America, and was resolved to gain German support for his plan for the reconstruction of Russia.
