VISIT TO PENANG. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Penang, May 23. The'Prince of Wales’ visit to Penang was the lant of the tour for which the programme arranged. The Renown anchored 18 miles off the port and the Prince proceeded by tug nearly a threehour journey among the wooded islands jto the harbor. He drove through streets lined with members of the European, Chinese and Malay communities to Government House, met representative men at lunch at the Penang Club, motored sight-seeing in the afternoon and returned to the Renown at night, which sailed for Colombo.
