PROPOSED CONFERENCE OP RANKERS - By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Washington. March 24. President Harding’s advisers have suggested that an international conference of bankers be called at Washington to devise means for solving the economic problems of Europe. It is understood that the President is favorably inclined to the proposal.
