BOWLING.

NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The final of the handicap singles in connection with the New Plymouth Bowling Club was played on the club’s greens on Tuesday between Mr. J. McLeod and Mr. F. J. Hill, the latter conceding the former one point. At one stage the game stood at 20—8 in favor of Hill, but McLeod managed to put on sufficient points to make the score 21 all, which, with his handicap, gave him the victory by one point. This match marks the conclusion of the bowling season.
