SUPREME COURT.
AUCKLAND SENTENCES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, Richard Carlysle, for forgery and false pretences, was ordered to come up for sentence if called on, in the meantime to remain in the Salvation Army home and abstain from drink. He had a long service in the army. William Nathaniel Pamplin, for assaulting a constable, was discharged, he having been in custody for two months. His Honor said accused was in liquor and resisted arreat, as a drunken man would do.
