AUCKLAND SENTENCES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, May 17. In the Supreme Court, Arthur Ludgreen, who is already under sentence as a habitual criminal, was ordered twelve months, concurrent with his present term, for the theft of property; Albert Charles Lamb, for false pretences, was sentenced to two years’ reformative treatment; cteorge Farland, charged with attempted rape and indecent assault on a female, and common assault, was found guilty Of common assault and sentenced to three months’ hard labor; John James McMahon, for breaking, entering and theft, was sentenced to two years' detention; Francis Johnston Fletcher, for false pretences, was sentenced to two years’ reformative treatment.
