Mr. Edwin Denby (Secretary of the Navy), at President Harding’s request, is going to Japan to attend a reunion of the American Naval Academy class of 1881, of which Admiral Urin, of the Japanese Navy, was a graduate. STEEL AMALGAMATION. New York, May 11. The Lackawanna Steel c ompany, with properties valued at sixty-three million dollars, and controlling some of the largest coal and iron tracts in America, lias been merged with the Bethlehem Steel Corporation, _ the largest independent producers of steel in the United States.
