SUPREME COURT.

SESSIONS OPEN TO-MORROW. The Supreme Court sessions at New Plymouth will open at eleven o’clock tomorrow morning, Mr. Justice Reed presiding. There are six criminal cases for trial, and five divorce actions are set down for hearing, including one before a jury. There are four civil cases for hearing before juries, and seven other civil actions to bo heard by the Judge alone. Originating summonses, appeals, etc., make up the balance .of the business. The session will last about a fortnight.
