ALLEGED THEFT OF CAR. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, May IL Tn the Police Court Albert Cundy, who returned by the Ulimaroa yesterday, after some months in Australia, was charged with theft of a motor car. value £3OO, from Mina Patricia Murray, of Christchurch. Tt was alleged that he sold the car and spent the proceeds. He was remanded to appear in Christchurch a week hence and bail was refused.
