DANGER TO THE COMMUNITY. By .Telegraph.— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In the Supreme Court to-day Mervyn John Cudby was found guilty of breaking and entering, and was remanded for sentence till to-morrow. His Honor Mr. Justice Reed said that if during the time which would elapse Cudby would state what became of certain missing revolvers it would make a difference in the sentence.
