UNION SECRETARIES CONFER. NO STATEMENT MADE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. An important meeting of trades union secretaries and other officials was held this afternoon and this evening to discuss the Arbitration Court’s pronouncement respecting a reduction of 5s weekly in the bonus. After a lengthy sitting no definite announcement was made when the meeting concluded and a further meeting is to be held.
