Bryant, of Hamilton, has made the magnificent gift of a seaside home for convalescent children at Ka« rioi, near Raglan. The hoine, which "mJ will accommodate 48 children, is now being erected. Mr. Bryant also handed over 200 cowd and the use of a 400-acre farm for the benefit of the home. The property is to be vested in a board of governors. Mr. Bryant is also arranging to hand over all profits derived from his dealings in stock and land, after making provision for his own dependants.
