TARANAKI SESSIONS. OPEN NEXT WEEK. THE LIST OF CASES. The Supreme Court sessions at New Plymouth open on Tuesday morning next. There are six criminal cases for trial, and five divorce actions are sot down for hearing, including one before a jury. There are four civil cases for hearing uefore juries, and seven other civil actions to be heard by the Judge alone. Originating summonses, appeals, etc., make up the balance of the business.
