HOUSEHOLD COAL.
REDUCTION OF 2s M PER TON. The price of household coal was reduced by 2s 6d per ton on Monday, according to a statement made to a Dominion reporter by the manager of tha Westport Coal Company. The reason assigned for the reduction is an anticipated decrease in working expenses at the mines.
