Thomas Henry Allaway, aged about 30, who was arrested in Reading on a charge of stealing a cheque-book valued at two shillings, has now been charged with the murder of Miss Wilkin, a girl who was found murdered at Bournemouth tinder mysterious circumstances. Allaway appears at the Bournemouth Police Court on Monday.—Aus.- | N.Z. Cable Assn. (The murder of Miss Wilkih. which occurred' last December, has puzzled Scotland Yard. From Ixmdon the girl accepted an engagement at Bournemouth, and by an arrangement made by telegram, she was met there 'by a motorear driven by a chauffeur. She . was not seen again until her mutilated body was found in a near-by field.)
