ATHLETICS.
HANDICAPS FOR KAIMATA SPORTS. The Kaimata sports will be held in Mr. J. Klenner’s paddock oil Thursday next, and an interesting gathering is expected. Over 100 nominations have been received for the chopping events, in which all the prominent competitors are taking part, including Shewrey. The running events have also filled well, and the handicaps declared by Mr.« C. A. Burke show that competition will be keen. Arrangements are well In hand, and the committeeanticlpate a record meeting.
