EXECUTIVE STILL SITJINGi NO DECISION ANNOUNCED, By Telecrapli.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The P. and T. Officers’ Association executive is still sitting. The secretary states he is not prepared to make an announcement on any action which has been taken. In congratulating the association on the result of the ballot, the Wellington, Labor Representation Committee states that “This meeting of the Wellington Labor Representation Committee recognises the fact that the voting indicates something more than temporary dissatisfaction, and is the result of steady education aiming at a new society, in which exploiters will be shaken from the backs of the useful classes.” Auckland, Last Night. The Auckland section of the P. and T. Officers’ Association, 200 present, passed a resolufTon, with three dissentients, that “while reaffirming loyalty and allegiance to the King and the constitution, this meeting expresses absolute confidence in the executive in its endeavors to coifle to an amicable settlement, and will strongly support it in, any action it may see fit to take.”
