SYDNEY YEARLING SALES. NEW ZEALAND HORSES. By Telegraph.—Frees Assn.—Copyright. Received April 18, 11.15 p.m. Sydney, April 18. At the yearling sales, on account of Mr. J. F. Reid (Oamaru), a Solferino —Greenstreet filly realised 60 guineas; a Sunny Lake —Temba filly, 60; a Sunny Lake — Nada gelding 45. On account of Mr. T. H. Lowry (Hawke’s Bay), a colt brother to Chimera, by Finland—Landrail, realised 400 guineas; a Finland —War Talk colt, 400; a colt brother to Bobrikoff, by Finland —Gossip, 300; a Finland—Mint filly, 135; a Finland —Belfry filly, 170; a Finland —The Hague filly 110. The top price was paid by Mr. C. B. Crowley, who purchased the Valais—Emita colt for 1000 guineas.
