MANAWATU TOURNAMENT. Palmerston N., April 18. Post-section play in the Manawatu Bowling Centre’s tournament games resulted: Hall (Carterton) 22 v. Bartholomew (Feilding) 21; E. Spooner (Manawatu) IS v. V. Wylie (Newtown) 16: Crump (Palmerston North) 23 v. Jolly (Palmerston North) 11. THE WANGANUI TOURNAMENT. A number of New Plymouth rinks competed in the Easter tournament at Wanganui. In section A H. Smart secured five wins and three losses. A. 'K. Smart (section D) won four and lost four The rink skipped by J. R. Hill headed section C and were drawn to meet Moffatt’s rink in the semifinals yesterday.
