DRESS-SLASHING IN PARIS
OUTRAGES UNDIMINISHED. London, March 23. A message from Paris states that the acid-squirting and dress-slashing outrages which prevailed last January, have not abated, and a private Bill has been introduced into the Chamber of Deputies to make imprisonment the penalty of convicted offenders.
