Colonel Morrow, a former commander of the American expeditionary forces in Siberia, telegraphed Mr. Hughes asking for the deportation or Seminoff, and charging him with crimes in .Siberia. Senator Borah declared that an investigation will be made, and steps taken for Seminoff’s deportation if the charges are true.
