FIRE IN SYDNEY. Sydney, April 8. A fire in Pitt Street, in the heart ot the city, resulted in damage amounting to between £50,000 and £lOO,OOO. The building was occupied by a number or tenants, printers, plumbers and other tradesmen in a small way. Four firemen were at. one stage enveloped in the debris caused by a falling wall. One was injured.
