NEW PLYMOUTH ASSOCIATION. A meeting of representatives of the New Plymouth Card Association was held on Saturday night, Mr. F. C. J. Bellringer presiding. The following clubs were represented: Fire Brigade, Avenue Road, Tarurufcangi, Bell Block, Meat Works, Railways, Returned Soldiers, Druids and Kai Iwl (East End). Mr. Blanchard was appointed chairman for the ensuing season, and Mr. McKay secretary. The following executive was elected: Messrs. Inch (Fire Brigade), Cliff (Avenue Road). Longstaff (Tarurutangi), O'Donnell (Bell Block), Reed (Meat Works), Rogers (Railways), Vale (Kai Iwi), and Roche (R.S.A.). The tournament will commence on April 24, and the fixtures are to be drawn on Wednesday evening, by which date clubs should have entries Mat la W the MetMarr,
