The Hungarian Legitimists have published a proclamation naming Otto as King and the ex-Queen as Regent. The Public Prosecutor seized all the journals publishing the proclamation, and will prosecute the signatories. The Government has ordered national mourning until April 18. During the Liberal opposition banquet at Budapest bombs were thrown into the assemblage, killing six and seriously wounding forty-six*.
