WOMAN FOUND DEAD. INDICATIONS OF SUICIDE. (From Our Stratford Representative.) Th© wife of Edwin Calvert, of Ta " era, was found with her throat cut on the bank of a creek near the board-ing-house, which she managed, at 9 o’clock on Saturday night, under circumstances which point to suicide. Deceased, who was a young woman, leaves two or three young children. The police at Stratford and New Plymouth were advised of the happening, and an inquest will be held at Te Wera at 9 o’clock this morning.
