AUSTRALASIAN TROOPS SUGGESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 31, 5.5 p.m. London, March 30. Tn the House of Commons, Major Ormeeby-Gore suggested that the Australian Government should be asked to provide a quote of troops for the allied garrison at Gallipoli under the revised Turkish treaty. Mr. Chamberlain replied that the Government fully realised Australasia’s special interest, but it was premature to consider it till the treaty had been signed.—Times Service.
