TOKO ANNUAL SPORTS.
AN ATTRACTIVE MEETING. GOOD SPORT RECORDED. Favored with perfect weather and held in the picturesque Tokc Domain, the Toko settlers’ annual sports yesterday proved a very successful function. There was a very large gathering, including Mr. R. Masters, M.P., and a number of visitors from Stratford and further afield. An attractive programme of sports events had been arranged by the committee, and with keen competition, excellent sport, was provided. The tracks tad been carefully prepared, and the whole conduct of the sports was 'a credit to the committee. Catering arrangements were in the hands of the Stratford Marble Bar Company, who had a large marquee erected on the ground, where all manner of refreshments were dispensed. The officers of the sports association and the committee responsible for the conduct of the meeting were as follows: —Starter, Mr. A. J. Griffiths'; clerk of course, Mr. G. Harris ; bellman, Mr. S. Cuff; auditor, Mr. D. Williams; handicapper, Mr. J. T. Kilpatrick; assistant handicapper, Mr. L. C Milne; treasurer, Mr. T. R. Julian; secretary, Mr. M. Urquhart; time-keeper, Mr. W. Pinhey.
