Due New Plymouth in- May. / THE RARAWA. The Rarawa, which arrived at New Plymouth at 5.50 a.m. yesterday, had a rough trip down from Onehunga. Iler cargo of So tons of general cargo included quantities of sugar and cement. The vessel returned north after the arrival of the mail train last night. - KITTAWA SAILING. The Kittawa completed discharge yesterday and took iu coal for bunkering purposes last night. She sails for Newcastle at 6 o’clock this morning. KAIKORAI FROM SYDNEY. The U.S.S. Company vessel Kaikorai (3151 tons) arrived at New Plymouth from Sydney at 7 a.«m. yesterday. Owing to ner oraugne being 21ft. she will have to remain in tl:e stream till the Pakeha vacates the deep-sea berth, probably on Monday. Captain Waller (harbormaster) and Dr. Home (acting port health officer) boarded the Kaikorai yesterday morning, and she was passed as a clean ship. The Kaikorai had a tempestuous passage across the Tasman, the voyage from Sydney to New Plymouth occupying 5% days. The vessel's cargo for discharge here consists of heavy timber and piles for the Harbor Board, PAKEHA LOADING. The work of loading the Pakeha was proceeded with yesterday. The vessel will be in port over the week-end, and it is hoped to dispatch her for the Wanganui roadstead on Monday. HUIA SAILS. The small steamer Huia, which put into New Plymouth for shelter on Wednesday, sailed for Onehunga at 6.45 p.m. yesterday. KAHIKA TO-MORROW. The Kahika is due at New Plymouth from southern ports to-morrow with 350 tons of general cargo. CORINNA COMING. The Corinna is due at Wellington from the south on Wednesday morning, and is to sail on Wednesday evening for Nelson and New Plymouth. INTERCOLONIAL SERVICE. The Ulimaroa is to leave Sydney to-day for Wellington, where she is due on Wednesday next. The vessel is to sail on the following Friday on the return voyage. KAITANGATA REACHES PORT. The Kaitangata, which damaged her rudder during a south-west gale eastward of Gabo Island, returned to port under a jury rigged rudder, and expects to resume the voyage at the end of next week (says a Sydney cable).
