GENOA CONFERENCE.
LLOYD GEORGE’S ATTENDANCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 23, 5.5 p.m. London, March 22. Mr. Chamberlain, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said Cabinet did not intend to reconsider the question of Mr. Lloyd George attending the Genoa Conference. It would be a misfortune if Mr. Lloyd George did not attend. THE GERMAN DELEGATION. Paris, March 22. A telegram from Berlin states that Herr Wirth does not intend to attend the Genoa Conference unless M. Poincare and Mr. Lloyd George take part. Germany’s delegation will number 60, including Herr Hermes, Minister of Finance.
