A CLAIM SETTLED. By Telegraph.-.-Press Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne, March 18. Mr. Hughes announced in the Hous* of Representatives that the Whea' Board, millers, shippers and South African Government had reached a satisfactory settlement regarding the claim arising from the flour which the South African merchahts said was of- inferior qoality.
