MONGOLIA.
RECALLING SOVIET TROOPS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, March 15. Advices from Peking state that A. Paikes, Russian Soviet envoy, declared that it is Russia’s intention to recall all troops from the Mongolian border. He reiterated the assertion that the Soviet Government had no aggressive intentjon regarding Mongolia, but has been maintaining troops there only at the instance of the ’People’s Revolutionary Government in Mongolia.
