TELEPHONE CHARGES.
INCREASE DENIED. By Telegraph —Press Association Wellington, March 13. Replying to a question, Mr. Massey said that no proposals providing for an increase in telephone charges have been submitted to Cabinet, and moreover, he had reason for believing that no proposals had ever come before the Post-master-General.
