PROPOSALS FOR FINANCE. London, March 3. The Yorkshire Observer states that the London directors of B.A.W.R.A. favor acquiring a considerable share in the projected Wool and Textile Finance Company, and made favorable representations regarding participation to the Australian Board, who, it is understood, have the question under consideration. • [A cablegram a month ago referred to the company thus: “The Times states that the Wool, Textile and Finance Company, Ltd., has been floated to finance to the extent of £1,000,000 w'ool and textile firms needing assistance during the period of financial stringency only.]
