ASTONISHING SWINDLER.

PASSED AS KING OF SPAIN. INIMITABLE FORGERIES. London. Feb. 27. The Barcelona police have arrested the greatest swindler of recent times. Antonia Lusia Buse has been wanted for eight years in connection with a series of frauds upon the world’s banks, committed by means of an inimitable system of forging letters of credit which is puzzling experts. Hundreds of thousands of pounds were obtained. Buse adopted numerous aliases, generally aristocratic names, and once passed himself oil' as the King of Spain. He travelled like a prince and lived in the style ot a grand seigneur. He married and deserted numerous women, including the daughter of a. police prefect at Havana. Buse speaks seven languages.
