LABOR DISORGANISED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 3, 8.30 p.m. Hongkong, March 2. The transport workers’ strike is spreading, and a general stoppage of organised Chinese labor is feared. Many Americans are acting as special constables.
