GAZETTE NOTIFIES CHARGES. REDUCTION THIS MONTHBy Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A Gazette extraordinary issued tonight fixes the maximum price of bread in respect to the South Island at 6d for the 21b loaf when sold over the counter cash, with an additional Ad for cash on delivery and a further Id for booking. In respect to the North Island the prices are 6Ad per 21b loaf when sold over the counter, with an additional Ad for cash on delivery and a further Jd for booking. The Board of Trade may revise the prices. The Order-in-Council shall come into operation with respect to the South Island on March 4 and with respect to the North Island on March 11, 1922. Other prices are: Flour £lB, bran £5 and pollard £B. per ton.
