The All India Congress committee met at Delhi when Ghandi submitted a resolution framed by the working committee which, while confirming the Bardoli decision to suspend mass civil disobedience, proposes to sanction the lesumption of practically all other non-co-operative activities. The discuseion lasted till midnight and was adjourned to the following day, when a large number of amendments will be submitted, the majority of which go even further than the resolution.
