AMERICA’S RESERVATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—CopyrightReceived Feb. 26, 5.5 p.m. Washington, Feb. 24. President Harding has approved a compromise reservation regarding the Pacific Treaty, submitted by Senator Brand egee, and reading: “The United States understands that under the statement of the preamble and under the terms of this treaty there is no commitment to armed force, no alliance and no obligation to join in any defence.” The Foreign Relations Com•mittee agree to vote on the treaty on Saturday morning.
